This kit has the DT90 isolator, for protecting the Cranking Battery and the DT90 also has a Low Voltage Cut-Out ACCESSORIES Output, for protecting the Auxiliary battery from being accidentally over discharged. This kit sets up a dual battery system under in the battery compartment under the passengers seat and also provides power for new power sockets in the rear cargo area. Because of the unique way the DT90 operates, you will have a total 75Ah of usable accessories power available ( when using an Optima D34 Yellowtop 55Ah battery ), whereas with any other type of isolator, you would need to fit a 100Ah auxiliary battery in the rear cargo area to achieve the same amount of useable accessories capacity.
